Barbecue weather at last!

Well almost anyway! Apart from a strange global warming style hiccup last Saturday (16 degrees in October? Gimme a break!) the weather has been absolutely stunning the past few weeks - spring is such a great time of year and heralds the beginning of... barbecues!

Snags on the barbie with fresh salads. Love it. This was our first BBQ of the season - up at Yanchep with our friends Shane & Jan. "Don't bring a thing!" they said... which is hard for me as I love cooking! And what a great spread they put on... all washed down with a lovely bottle of Late Harvest Shiraz from Margaret River. Very nice. Thanks guys.
