Presenting our New "Al Fresco" with Blackbutt Deck!

Finally!! After months of angst & cajolling we finally have our new "outdoor room" as Don Burke wold call it! Very happy with it... especially with the blackbutt timber we selected for the deck... Muzza tried to talk us out of it & suggested we switch to using an Indonesian decking timber that is "much straighter & more even in colour" but we stuck to our guns & paid the extra to use a local timber & couldn't be happier with the look of the blackbutt. After taking Muzza several months longer than he said it's actually come up really really well... we just need some nice sunny weather now so we can enjoy it! Roll on Fathers Day I say! We hope to be having our first BBQ for the season... hopefully while seated outside!
