Any day now....

It's that time of year again (already!). The almond trees out the back are loaded with almonds & so far, not a single corella or cockatoo in sight... yet!

Every year it's the same thing - it looks like they aren't to turn up & then bang, all of sudden their almond radar must kick in somehow & the screaming will start as the whole tree is descended apon and the backyard takes on the aura of an all white version of a scene from Hitchock's "Day of the Birds"! It's quite fascinating really.

Watch this space! Coz it WILL happen... any day!
