All states Warranty Network have settled on the Audi... at last!

Well, it's not quite as satisfying as having a Magistrate thump his desk and shout at them.... but it's the same result! After 4 months ASWN have finally agreed to pay the claim! Yes, 4 months it's been.... and yes, I win!

I lodged an action with the Court late February & the hearing was listed for this Friday.... & surprise, surprise - a week out from the hearing ASWN call me "it's not really worth our while coming all the way over there to defend the action Mr Hoskins.... I thought I'd give you a call & see if we can work something out?"

Naturally (?!) I wasn't all that impressed with their new found communication skills so I told them "I'm not feeling very conciliatory I'm afraid... " & after one final attempt at getting me to meet them half way & one last blast from me saying "forget it! Actually, I'm quite looking forward to going to Court next week & telling the Magistrate all about it!"
they called back & agreed to my terms.... & we picked up the Audi today.

How surreal... 4 months it's been!
